In my self-portrait I wanted to show my love for music, as well as how much I love my sister.
I used the “glow” effect to represent the magical feeling I get when I am absorbed in music and playing with my sister.
The “glow” effect also makes the self-portrait look dream-like.
The color in this first image shows my development as a musician. The bright hues could be thought of as symbolizing my confidence as a musician.
