| My collage scrutinizes my relationship to the world around me. My life is filled with chaos and things that I don't understand. The images that I chose serve as metaphors for things I've experienced or like. I'd like to expand my ideology through traveling and experiencing different things, which is why there are pictures of travels and family in thought bubbles. Newspaper clippings are in the back of the collage because it demonstrates that there is a lot going on, but the clippings are in the background because sometimes, no matter how important the things going on are, sometimes I just don't realize or pay attention to what's going on, which can be a bad thing. I think I have to be more conscious of what's going on around me. |
